Kaitlyn's Birthday

Kaitlyn is 3! Can you believe it! She is so proud. She loves to talk, play with anything Princess (especially her very favorite Belle), dance, read books, go on "adventures," watch cougars with daddy, and take care of her sister Anna. We love our sweet Katie Bug.

To celebrate her birthday we got her a special Belle doll (that I think looks just like Kaitlyn).


She was so excited the moment she saw it!

This little doll has hardly left her side since. She is definately a Princess girl and loves having a doll with a dress that matches her yellow Belle dress and that looks just like her!

The first of her two parties was for friends and cousins and we had a great time! It was a costume party (heavily dominated by princesses) and we played with playdough, colored...

and of course had Birthday cupcakes! Kaitlyn got to blow out candles but everyone else got a chance to blow their pinwheels (which actually worked great and were super fun!)

Anna obviously enjoyed eating her cupcake.

We finished off with balloon dancing and fun music.

All in all it was definately a hit! Kaitlyn was so happy to have so many people come to play and party!

On Sunday we had a party with Richards family, as well as Isaac, Spencer, and Charlotte as they couldn't make it to the earlier party. Kaitlyn was thoroughly pampered and got perfect gifts, and had a great time sharing her party with so many grandmas and grandpas and cousins (and aunts and uncles)! Thank you everyone!
