Library Storytime

Every Tuesday we go to the Orem Library for Storytime. Most of the storytellers are awesome and we get some really fun ideas for activities from them as well. Today we had the storyteller who loves to incorporate dance. Anna jumped right in on dancing with all the kids while Kaitlyn was content to just watch everyone else and then try it later at home. That's the norm. But Bug also likes to get up extra close to the storyteller to see the pictures and be with all the kids while Anna would rather sit by Mommy. Hmm. Interesting personality traits...

Today during one of the dances they handed out bells and shakers and both the girls absolutely loved that! (Sorry the pic is so bad, it's from my phone. They really were super smiley and happy!) After storytime we went to get some books to read and they both picked out books we actually havn't ever read before (they lately prefer George, Pigeon or Knuffle Bunny (Yeah Mo Willems!), or anything with girls in dresses on the cover...), ran circles around the shelves while I got some books for myself, and played with the statue of a boy reading books while I checked out. Our typical Library day!
