Zoo Baby Time!

We took another trip to the zoo this last week to see all the new babies! Kaitlyn had been talking about going to see the new babies for weeks. We had beenseeing pictures of the new babies in the newspaper and were very ready to see for ourselves!

The girls both got out their maps and were ready to go!

The baby elephant, Zuri was the first stop. They look impressed don't they? They got more into it when we let them go hang on the fence to see her closer.

Isn't she cute!We also saw baby monkeys, tiger, meerkats, leapards, and this cute baby giraffe (she's the one behind the smiley kids)!Anna even really got into the trip this time-she is getting so much older and bigger!

Her favorite animal was the porcupine. Yup. She spent ages trying to pet it through the glass.

The girls learned some valuable lessons too. Like how to share and eat fishes like the penguins did.

They also learned a good lesson from a camel about the importance of water. (notice Anna's wide open mouth-just begging for a little drink!)

And what Zoo trip would be complete without a little trip on the train!

The girls were so excited to ride-they just kept giggling at eachother.

And then a ride on the carousel!

Definately a worthwhile trip to see very cute babies with very cute kids!
