We love the Weber! My entire family got to spend time together up at the Weber this year. There were so many cousins running around and so many people to talk to and catch up with.
We swing on the swing and walked the trails
We fed the horses, and I love the look David is giving this horse. David was best buddies with all three of the Ross boys, especially Timmy and Daniel. He would track them down and get them to follow him around and play with him and help him with his projects. The best cousins ever.
The bubble machine got lots of good use!
This may be my favorite pic from the trip. Man that little boy has a good grumpy face!!!
Painting with water and throwing rocks in this bucket of water were huge hits for David. He would do it for hours!
Paige took the little girls- Kaitlyn, Anna, Charlotte, and Ruby on a walk down the path to the spring- I wished I had my camera to catch the line of them skipping their way along. A few minutes later however, they came hurrying back, Paige telling us that there was a bear right by the path! Yikes!! I saw it peek around a tree at me and we hustled the kids back to the cabin. Seeing a bear like this was cool, but I wish it hadn't been so close to the cabin and my kids! We spotted the bear again later that day as it came to investigate all the yelling and laughing as we played in the river- Richard Ross managed this picture. We sang a new Weber version of "Going on a Bear Hunt" the rest of the week and kept an extra close eye out ;)
Forts were built and clubs were made. Grandpa Dave even made special walking sticks for any kid that asked. There was always someone to play with!
Isn't Anna the sweetest thing with Baby Ruth? They love having a new baby girl cousin.
The candy game was a hit, even though the luck was slow in coming and all our kids were in it till almost the end. But David was thrilled with his chocolate milk and there was obviously plenty to go around!

The Sanchez Family 2013
We are quite the crowd now, aren't we? Love it.
