Halloween and such

Here are the girls all dressed up and ready for Halloween! Anna insisted on being Jessie from Toy Story (she emphatically refused anything else) and Kaitlyn decided she wanted to be Barbie from Toy Story 3, in her gold sparkly dress at the end of the show. Anna was especially enamoured with her costume and refused to take it off. I tried the pants on her one day, just to see if they would fit, and she ended up wearing them all day. Happy Girl. And of course, they had to have matching bags!

Here they are Trick or Treating at University of Phoenix-Anna happily munching on a gummy worm. They went Trick or Treating 3 nights in a row between Richards work, the Ward Party at our church, and actually some door to door visits the next night.
Beatiful Barbie and ridiculously cute little Jessie Girl. So fun! I love making costumes and seeing how happy they make my girls!

The girls also got a chance to dress up as Princesses and go to a party at the Disney Store with their Aunt T'nee and Grandma Julie. Here they are, waving true parade style!

We got a chance to go to a Utah Jazz game and take the girls, so I whipped up a few headbands to show some team spirit! The girls loved them!

They insisted that their Aunt T'nee, who was also coming, have a matching headband too. They had a great time!

Except for maybe this little incident where Anna got to meet the Jazz Bear. Yes, she is screaming and attempting to get away as fast as possible! Daddy got some serious dirty looks for the next 15 min or so. She kept a close eye on the bear the rest of the night and always pointed to him with trepidation whenever he was on the floor, perhaps just to make sure he didn't try to come any closer...
