Snowstorm

Kaitlyn has been very, very into drawing and coloring things lately. Tonight I handed her a paper to distract her while I answered some emails. She turned to me with the scribble part below to show me. I jokingly asked her if it was a snowstorm and she promptly answered yes. She quickly added the people (who are not cyclopses, just looking to the side) and told me this story.



Once a kid (top left) was playing hide-and-seek and got lost in a snowstorm and his mom and dad were so sad, they miss-ted him. His dad (bottom right) came out and looked for him in the yard but he wasn't there. His sister was so sad about her brother. The kid was a boy. There was a snowmonster (in the cave in the middle), but he won't eat people. Then a guy came with a flashlight in the dark and showed him how to get home. He got home and had hot cocoa and fish for dinner. That is the end. (signed K for Kaitlyn)


Oh, and mommy, we should put my picture on the computer and it could be a book for everyone to read.
